- How do I order? : You can order safely and securely online through our secure online store using most credit,debit cards which is 100% safe and secure.
- Can I create an account with Elizabeth Raine? : Yes you have the option to create an account or login as a guest securely.
- Concierge : Please use our concierge system is you have any ordering or gifting questions, for all other enquiries please use the contact form or email us on info@elizabethraine.co.uk
- Made To Order : All pieces are made to order, we have a standard leadtime of 2- 4 weeks for pieces in the Elizabeth Raine Atelier and a leadtime time of 4 - 8 weeks from Elizabeth's signature collections.
- Sizing : Please indicate your ring size and special sizing requirements for bracelets, cuffs and necklaces, at checkout or message us directly for sizing over 2 inches will incur an additional charge. if you are unsure of your ringsize you may refer to ringsizing.com
- Bespoke : Elizabeth offers a bespoke service form concept to completion for private commissions and collaborations the leadtime varies on the nature of the commission. Please enquire.

How will I know my order is placed? :As soon as your order has been placed and payment accepted you will see the order acknowledgement receipt order confirmation email to your email address provided.
- Can I add a different delivery address to my order? : Yes, you can send your goods to a different UK or international delivery address to your billing address, excluding PO Boxes.
- Delivery and Shipping : We currently offer FREE UK WORLDWIDE SHIPPING with TRACKING. We retain tracking numbers for security and keep you personally informed on shipping ETA. Regarding International Shipping : Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES FOR SECURITY.
- PACKAGING & GIFT WRAP : All items purchased come in the Elizabeth Raine signature presentation boxes with FREE GIFT WRAPPING & ribbon ties. FOR GIFT CARD MESSAGE PLEASE STATE MESSAGE AT CHECKOUT. THIS IS A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE.

RETURNS POLICY : In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return ordered items. This is with the exception of earrings and made to order sized items. Returns must be made within 14 days following the date of delivery to receive a refund. We must be notified of intended return within 7 days. Made to order pieces engraved with name or message are non returnable. All pieces are checked and photographed before transit.
There may be additional charges incurred by ordering we cannot refund. These non-refundable charges include: any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU, and any additional insurance to cover return shipping. To return an item, please contact us at info@elizabethraine.co.uk and we will send you returns procedure form.
Please clearly state when you email us your : order number, reason for return, and contact information including name, address. On receipt of your email, we will send you a Returns Code (RC) and return details. Items must be sent back in all original packaging and any attached tags.
Elizabeth Raine returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : All Elizabeth Raine pieces are handmade therefore there may be slight variations. For enamelled pieces we use a high enamelling vitreous enamelling technique called Meenakari which has a translucent quality. It is a technique which originated in Persia. We use high quality materials and gemstones. Variations in the colour and representation of all goods shown on our website are due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour or appearance that may arise caused by your browser or computer software
- GUARANTEE AND AUTHENTICITY :Elizabeth Raine jewellery is guaranteed and certified. Our solid gold pieces are hallmarked by the LONDON ASSAY OFFICE and with the Elizabeth Raine registered stamp by the London Assay Office. We also provide a certificate of authenticity with our seal and for limited editions these come numbered.
- REPAIRS & CARE: We do offer a repair service of items purchased from elizabethraine.co.uk for a repair fee upon inspection. You are responsible for postage fees for this service. WE OFFER CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EACH PIECE OF JEWELLERY .
